What is considered as proof of profession? How can I submit it?

You can easily upload the proof under My Profile, e.g. as a PDF or photo. 

We accept the following as proof of profession:

Doctors, dentists, veterinarians and pharmacists

EFN (uniform continuing education number), doctor's ID card, licence to practise/specialist certificate, prescription/practice letterhead with practice stamp and signature.

Not sufficient: Screenshot/URL of a website, blank letterhead, curriculum vitae

Physician Assistant

Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistance (B.Sc.), certificate from employer

Not sufficient: Screenshot/URL of a website, extract from the commercial register, CV, social security notification, payslip or payroll accounting

Pharmaceutical industry

Pharmaceutical representative degree certificate, business card (if sent from official e-mail address), signature of official e-mail address, certificate from employer

Not sufficient: Screenshot/URL of a website or business card via private e-mail address

Please note: 

If the name on the proof of profession is different, please also enclose an official confirmation of the name change (marriage certificate or similar).

If your proof of profession was written in a language other than German, please send a notarised copy (additionally) in German.
